A training designed to make participants aware of the factors that influence their energy levels and to help them identify energy drainers. Each participant will leave with one improvement goal to implement immediate changes.
The workshop covers the following topics:
- Insights into the 4 factors of energy
- The importance of rest for optimal performance
- An energy check for each participant
- Setting an improvement goal to boost energy
- Tips & tricks for maintaining the change
The duration is approximately 3 hours, depending on the number of participants and any specific requests.
Energy Program
A comprehensive program consisting of six half-day workshops, covering all aspects of energy.
Each employee defines their own improvement goals and works actively to achieve them.
If desired, this program can be complemented with one-on-one coaching.
There is always room to discuss specific needs and tailor the program to align with the unique requirements and wishes of the organization.
At the end of this program, every employee who has participated will see visible results.
